Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific Pty. is seeking an Internal Salesperson at our Sunshine West branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with product selection, pricing, stock, orders and deliveries, and supporting our Driveline/Hardy Spicer business.

You will also help with branch administration, showroom promotions, and occasional picking/packing. A practical, customer-focused approach and ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

• Warehouse operations experience is a plus.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our Sunshine West branch.

In this varied, hands‑on role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support with product selection, pricing, stock availability, orders, and deliveries. You will also work extensively with our Driveline/Hardy Spicer business, assisting customers with relevant products and solutions.

You’ll also assist with branch administration, showroom promotions, and occasional picking and packing. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer‑focused team player with a practical, solution‑driven approach.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide counter sales and assistance.


• Assisting with general branch support and administration.


• Building relationship with customers via phone and email to assist in answering queries regarding products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery, and account queries.


• Some warehouse duties- picking & packing customer orders.


• Assisting in developing and implementing showroom promotional activity to drive counter sales.

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, administration, and/or warehouse operations.


• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach


• Confidence using computers, including Outlook and business systems


• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.


• A current driver's license and reliable transport


• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with driveshafts and related components, hydraulic hoses and fittings, and pneumatic systems would be advantageous but is not essential.


• A willingness to learn, participate in training and contribute positively to the team


• A strong commitment to workplace health, safety and quality standards
