Job summary

Motion is a leading provider of industrial products and engineering solutions. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will support customers with parts and equipment, build strong relationships, and provide responsive sales support.

You will work with Branch Managers and Account Managers to grow our customer base and deliver excellent service daily. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will respond to inquiries, source products through our supply chain, and offer practical, solution-oriented

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service or warehouse experience.
• Strong interest in technical or mechanical products and applications.
• Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of bearings and power transmission products will be highly regarded.
• Confident with computer skills and learning internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in person at the counter.
• Build relationships with customers via phone and email to assist with product, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and account queries.
