Key responsibilities

As a Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients' systems and infrastructure operate at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions at client sites
• Performing server and storage break‑fix support, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
• Managing onsite service activities from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Conducting installations, upgrades, and system maintenance in customer environments
• Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and technical expertise to resolve complex technical challenges
• Providing technical guidance and support to fellow engineers and team members
• Identifying recurring issues and recommending process and service improvements
• Maintaining accurate documentation, reporting, and service records
• Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery and communication

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in Field Engineering, Desktop Support, Infrastructure Support, or a related technical role
• Experience with hardware maintenance, installations, troubleshooting, and customer‑facing technical support
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader technical team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical certification or Associate Degree preferred

• Active Australian Security Clearance (Baseline) is required
