Job summary

Peoplebank is looking for a Support Field Infrastructure Engineer for an initial up to 8-month contract, with potential extensions. Brisbane (QLD) or SA-based, Australian citizenship required, Baseline clearance preferred.

You will provide technical guidance to project teams, drive service improvements across reliability and security, coordinate infrastructure changes, and contribute to data centre activities. You’ll work under governance frameworks and produce runbooks and implementation notes.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across ICT infrastructure (physical/virtual/networking and/or cloud).
• Experienced with Overseeing rack allocation; Power utilisation, Cabling.
• Demonstrated capability in Availability / reliability / maintainability practices.
• Proven ability in Problem management and operational support.
• Skilled in Systems design and implementation of infrastructure changes.
• Experience with Complex installations and operational handover.
• Comfortable working within governance frameworks and delivering to deadlines.
• Solid documentation skills (runbooks, standards, implementation notes).
• Must be able to obtain Baseline clearance.
