Job summary

Ideagen is seeking a Project Manager in Sydney to lead customer projects from initiation to completion. The role focuses on delivering on time, within scope and budget while maintaining close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

You will oversee planning, risk management and cross-functional coordination in a hybrid, full-time setup, engaging stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects within a SaaS, software or professional services environment.
• Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage projects within budgets and scope.
• Experience working directly with customers and internal delivery teams.
• Familiarity with waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• PM certification is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, execution and delivery outcomes.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Act as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Manage change control in line with governance frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project delivery.
• Ensure clear, consistent and professional project communication.
