Engine by Starling is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for the Australia and New Zealand region, based in Sydney with hybrid working. You will be the primary technical advisor to top ANZ clients, shaping their adoption of Engine's SaaS platform and partnering with global TAM teams.

In this senior role you will manage executive-level relationships, lead value-driven initiatives, coordinate with technology, delivery and product teams, and participate in on-call rotations to support

Formación

• 5+ years in Technical Account Management or strategic customer success.
• Proven ability to influence C-level and VP stakeholders in financial environments.
• Strong technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and APIs.
• Experience in ANZ market or financial services is highly desirable.
• Excellent presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic success plans and drive adoption for key ANZ clients.
• Own Major Incident lifecycle and defect management with cross-functional teams.
• Present at regular business reviews with client executives.
• Localise global TAM practices for ANZ market.
• Support out-of-hours coverage and on-call rotation.
