FedEx is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Australia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns across operations and other functions, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build strong pipelines while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Working with external partners and internal leaders, you will streamline processes, measure recruitment KPIs, and ensure compliance with Australian employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum two years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Full work rights in Australia and ability to pass a criminal history check.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-lifecycle recruitment for high-volume and specialised roles.
• Workforce Planning & Pipelining: Forecast demand and build candidate pipelines.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise multiple channels to identify qualified candidates.
• Process Optimisation: Refine recruitment workflows to improve efficiency.
• Employer Branding: Support branding to attract suitable candidates.
• Assessment & Selection: Conduct interviews, background and reference checks.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track metrics and report on hiring activity.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with managers and suppliers.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure practices comply with Australian laws.
