Job summary

The Onset Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead a market-leading engineering and AI desk. You’ll build credibility with CTOs, engineering leaders and founders while driving permanent and contract revenue growth.

With 4+ years of 360 recruitment experience in Australia, you’ll own client development, nurture senior relationships and shape the future of our technology practice within a high-performance team and industry-leading commission structure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years 360 recruitment experience (ideally in Australia).
• Know your niche or be ready to define it – Recruitment experience within Engineering or Technology.
• Strong business development and relationship management capability.
• Genuine interest in modern engineering and AI trends.
• Credibility with senior technical stakeholders.
• Ambition to build a market-leading practice.
