Zusammenfassung

ASI Solutions is seeking a Talent Partner to own recruitment from brief to day one. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and then proactively source and assess candidates for IT and related roles. This permanent, full-time role sits in our People, Culture & Sustainability team, reporting to the PC&S Director.

You will build talent pipelines, coordinate onboarding, support EVP efforts, and manage agencies and job boards across Australia. Hybrid work arrangements available.

Qualifikationen

• In-house recruiter experience within IT/tech/managed services
• Proven ability to proactively source candidates for technical/IT roles
• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding
• Experience supporting onboarding with HR
• Exposure to workforce planning and employer branding/EVP
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent roles
• Familiarity with an ATS/HRIS; Employment Hero is a plus
• Experience managing external recruitment agencies
• Experience recruiting across more than one location/region

Aufgaben

• Sourcing, screening and interviewing IT and technical candidates across ASI and acquired businesses
• Partnering with hiring managers to shape role requirements and plan hiring timelines
• Building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill IT roles
• Managing job briefs, advertising, offers and the candidate experience end-to-end
• Coordinating onboarding with the People, Culture & Sustainability team
• Contributing to workforce planning and EVP to strengthen ASI's employer brand
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards
• Maintaining recruitment records and reporting accurately in Employment Hero
