Qualifications

• 4+ years of solid experience delivering technology transformation projects or programs within consulting roles in financial services.
• Strong collaboration across diverse, inclusive teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Exemplary communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of transformation projects to optimise business value across systems, processes and operating models.
• Manage project timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations to deliver on time and within scope.
• Contribute to project planning, status reporting, risk management and quality assurance.
• Apply delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) to suit project needs from simple to complex.
