EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Finance Strategy and Transformation for Financial Services in Sydney. You will lead finance transformation programs, redesign R2R and planning processes, and partner with CFOs to deliver practical, scalable operating models across ERP, Subledger, and reporting platforms.

You will build and mentor teams, drive delivery discipline, and contribute to business development, shaping proposals for diverse clients in the financial services sector.

Qualifications

• Understanding of finance operating models and core finance processes including R2R, Planning & Performance, management reporting, month-end close, controls and data flows.
• Experience delivering finance transformation, finance operations improvement, ERP/EPM programmes or similar in a consulting or in-house setting.
• Exposure to SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan or similar platforms is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance transformation workstreams from diagnostic through design and delivery with ownership of workplans, risk tracking and client reporting.
• Redesign Record to Report and Planning & Performance to improve close discipline and reporting outputs.
• Collaborate with CFOs and finance leaders to assess current state and design practical future state operating models.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Lead ERP, Subledger, Reporting, EPM and other technology-enabled transformations with functional requirements and data architecture considerations.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and support business development by shaping proposals.
