Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology Risk for Financial Services in Sydney. You will lead complex engagements, engage senior stakeholders, and shape our approach to technology risk assurance and advisory services. The role offers hybrid work in Sydney and potential flexible hours.

You will manage client relationships, mentor teams, contribute to thought leadership, and collaborate across EY service lines to deliver value in financial services technology risk.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Technology Risk with a track record in complex IT environments.
• CISA, CISSP or equivalent certifications demonstrated commitment to the field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong IT governance knowledge.
• Understanding of APRA CPS 230/234 and operational resilience in financial services.
• Experience advising senior technology leaders and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Technology Risk engagements including external IT audit support and regulatory reviews.
• Advise senior technology leaders to prioritise and address current and emerging risks.
• Grow client relationships and identify opportunities across Financial Services Assurance.
• Collaborate across EY service lines to marshal the right capabilities for clients.
• Mentor people, build capability, and drive team performance through coaching.
• Contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market activities for Financial Services.
