EY in Melbourne seeks a Manager, Technology Strategy and Transformation to shape technology direction and translate business strategy into architecture outcomes. You will lead enterprise, solution and transition architectures guiding investment decisions and transformation programs.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and technology specialists to balance ambition with feasibility, risk, and cost. Flexible hours may be considered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering enterprise architecture, solution architecture or architecture-led transformation in complex organisations.
• Ability to connect business strategy and capability needs to technology direction and practical transition pathways.
• Strong knowledge across multiple architecture domains with depth in at least one area.

• Shape architecture strategy and direction: define vision, principles, target-state roadmaps aligned to transformation outcomes.
• Enterprise architecture and capability alignment: identify gaps and opportunities for simplification or modernisation.
• Solution architecture: design end-to-end solutions across applications, data, cloud, security and service management.
• Architecture governance and assurance: establish governance, design authorities, standards and decision processes.
• Roadmaps and investment decisions: develop current-state assessments, target architectures and investment cases.
• Transformation and delivery partnership: translate architecture into executable plans with delivery teams.
• Stakeholder engagement: facilitate workshops and build alignment across teams.
• Team leadership and quality: manage workstreams and coach junior team members.
