Job summary

Ernst & Young is seeking a Manager in Finance Strategy and Transformation to drive finance modernisation across subledger, ERP, EPM and reporting solutions. Based in Sydney with flexible hours, you will work with CFOs and finance leaders to shape design and delivery of transformative programs.

You will lead workstreams, manage stakeholders, and build practical target operating models that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance transformation projects.
• Ability to translate finance requirements into clear design options.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation workstreams from diagnostic through design and delivery, including workplan ownership and client progress reporting.
• Redesign Record to Report and Planning & Performance to improve close and reporting outputs.
• Define future state operating model with CFOs and finance leaders.
• Translate executive priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps.
• Lead ERP, Subledger, Reporting, EPM and other finance tech transformations.
• Develop and coach high-performing teams and support business development.
