Job summary

WHITEPAGE CONSULTANCY PTY LTD – Warner QLD is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the store, manage staff, and drive repairs and accessory sales. You will set prices, plan promotions, train team members and ensure safe, customer-friendly operations.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in retail management, AQF Associate Degree or equivalent, and a passion for smartphones and consumer tech. Salary is competitive and benefits are provided with a full-time, on-site position at Warner.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a retail management role or similar.
• Experience in mobile/electronics retail is a plus.
• Formal qualification in business or retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front counter, assess faults, explain repairs and advise on care.
• Set prices, review margins, and manage supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, and roster counter staff and technicians.
• Determine accessory mix and hold levels for fast repairs.
• Maintain stock records and reconcile POS daily.
• Plan promotions to boost bookings and accessory sales.
• Oversee WHS for battery handling and electrical safety.
• Prepare budgets and track sales, repairs, and running costs.
• Uphold service standards for quoting, booking, and warranty handling.
• Supervise daily operations and keep customers informed.
• Protect customer privacy and liaise with centre management.
