Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Brisbane is seeking a Retail Store Team Leader for our Morayfield location. You will lead day-to-day store operations, motivate a frontline team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and KPIs.

You’ll be hands-on with customers and repairs when needed, coach staff, and collaborate with the Area Manager to implement sales and service strategies. Growth, teamwork, and hands-on leadership are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong sales and customer service experience.
• Interest in technology and mobile devices; repair experience is a plus.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and KPI performance at Morayfield.
• Lead by example, assist customers and perform device repairs as needed.
• Train, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with Area Manager to implement sales strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
• Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting and excellence.
