Job summary

Attribute Group is a long-established tech recruitment firm with offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We’re seeking a Business Development Consultant to win new business, open doors with technology leaders, and own the full sales process in a meritocratic, autonomous environment.

You’ll receive full training on sourcing, interviewing and recruitment, plus a competitive base salary and an industry-leading commission scheme.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience, preferably in software, SaaS, cloud, data or IT services.
• Experience selling to technical buyers or technology leaders in Australia.
• Comfortable with new business development: cold outreach, meetings and closing.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and the people who work in it.
• Organised and self-driven, and comfortable with performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment sales process from prospecting to offer.
• Build relationships with tech leaders and qualify opportunities.
• Identify hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
• Source and present candidates, manage roles from briefs to placement.
• Develop a pipeline and establish a market reputation over time.
