Job summary

The Onset Group is seeking a commercially driven Director to lead and grow a Technology practice across Engineering, Data, Cloud, and Enterprise Applications from our Sydney base. You will drive long-term partnerships with Founders and executive leaders while expanding permanent and contract revenue opportunities.

You will have the autonomy to build your market, backed by one of Australia’s recognised technology recruitment brands and a leadership team connected across startup to investor

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing Technology recruitment practice.
• Develop strategic relationships with Founders, CTOs and Executive leadership teams.
• Drive permanent and contract revenue growth across your market.
• Partner with our professional services business units (theoc.ai).
• Lead account mapping and expansion strategies across existing and new clients.
• Mentor and develop consultants within your practice.
• Partner with Directors across our GTM, Deep Tech, Life Sciences and Executive practices.
• Operate as a senior commercial leader within the business.
