Job summary

Aspen Pharmacare is seeking an experienced IT PMO Coordinator to support a major technology transition program on a 2-year fixed term, on-site in Dandenong South. You will coordinate governance, planning and reporting across multiple technology workstreams and work closely with project leaders to keep the program disciplined and on track.

The role requires strong PMO experience, excellent organisation and proactive stakeholder engagement to ensure actions, risks and dependencies are managed

Qualifications

• Experience in technology PMO or program coordination.
• Strong planning, governance, RAID management and reporting.
• Highly organized, structured and detail-oriented.
• Proactive with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated program plans, RAID logs, action registers and reporting.
• Coordinate the program governance cadence and operating rhythm.
• Consolidate inputs across multiple technology workstreams.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, risks, dependencies and emerging issues.
• Drive action follow-up and ensure agreed actions are progressed and closed.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality program reporting and governance materials.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups across the program.
• Support project and program leaders with planning, reporting and governance activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program information across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Help ensure consistent PMO processes and disciplines are applied across the technology program.
