Aspen Pharmacare is seeking an experienced IT PMO Coordinator to support a major technology transition program on a 2-year fixed term, on-site in Dandenong South. You will coordinate governance, planning and reporting across multiple technology workstreams and work closely with project leaders to keep the program disciplined and on track.

• Prepare and maintain high-quality program reporting and governance materials.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, actions and follow-ups across the program.
• Support project and program leaders with planning, reporting and governance activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date program information across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Help ensure consistent PMO processes and disciplines are applied across the technology program.

We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Coordinator to support a major technology transition program, coordinating governance, planning, reporting and delivery activities across multiple concurrent technology workstreams. This is a 2-year fixed term contract, working on-site in Dandenong South.

This is a hands-on PMO role suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs, keeping teams accountable and making sure actions, risks, dependencies and key information are actively managed.

About the role

Working across a number of technology initiatives, you will own the PMO disciplines that keep the program operating effectively. You will work closely with project and program leaders, coordinating inputs, maintaining program information and ensuring governance activities are completed to a high standard.

This role will suit someone who is naturally organised and proactive, with the confidence to follow up with stakeholders, challenge gaps or inconsistencies and keep things moving.

About you

You will bring strong PMO or technology program coordination experience and be comfortable working across multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.

• Most importantly, you will be someone who drives PMO discipline - keeping plans current, chasing inputs, following through on actions and making sure the program has accurate information to support effective decision-making.
