Job summary

All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services – Brisbane QLD is seeking a Transition Project Manager for a temporary assignment to guide ICT change under the Road Safety Systems Program. The role focuses on delivering a robust Target Operating Model, end-user support arrangements, and MSP contract orchestration.

Mandatory ITIL and ITSM experience are required, with desirable exposure to AWS cloud projects and Government-scale implementations.

Qualifications

• ITIL Certification is mandatory.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) required.
• Recent experience with cloud solutions (AWS) and COTS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate design and validation of the Target Operating Model.
• Develop a transition plan and stakeholder communications.
• Support procurement activities for MSP onboarding and contract setup.
• Plan and coordinate transition-in activities to establish IT support model.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and provide progress reports.
• Lead change management activities including communications and readiness.
