Job summary

EY is seeking a progressive Tech Ops Solution Architect to design and build end-to-end managed service offerings for clients, supporting both pre-sales and solution delivery. You will lead the definition of scalable, outcome-driven Tech Ops solutions with delivery, sales and senior technical leaders across EY.

This role is based in Naarm – Melbourne, with potential flexible hours. You’ll drive consistency and quality across engagements and ensure solutions align to client needs and EY’s

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AMS pre-sales, solution architecture, and managed services development.
• Hands-on experience designing and delivering end-to-end AMS engagements across multi-application environments.
• Proven experience shaping large-scale AMS managed services deals (>$5M USD).
• Exposure to onshore, offshore and nearshore delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Presales to support opportunities for application managed services solutions and collaborate with solutions leaders, product leads, alliance managers and delivery teams.
• Design complex, multi-year, transformational managed services solutions integrating people, process, technology and facilities while considering data sovereignty and regulatory mandates.
• Prepare proposals, SOWs, pricing estimates and respond to RFIs/RFPs with EY’s Tech Ops value proposition across platforms (CMS, Cloud Infrastructure, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Collaborate with contracts and legal teams to ensure high assurance with a well-defined SLAM and risk management approach.
