EY in Melbourne seeks a forward-thinking Tech Ops Solution Architect to design end-to-end managed service offerings and lead both pre-sales and solution delivery activities. You will collaborate with delivery, sales, and senior technical leaders to shape scalable Tech Ops solutions aligned to client needs and EY objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in AMS pre-sales, solution architecture, and managed services practice development.
• Hands-on experience designing, solutioning, and delivering end-to-end AMS engagements across complex, multi-application environments.
• Experience leading large AMS deals (typically >$5M USD) including commercial structuring and deal shaping.

Responsibilities

• Act as Technical Presales to support opportunities around application managed services solutions.
• Design complex, multi-year managed services solutions integrating people, process, technology, and facilities.
• Prepare proposals/SOWs, effort and pricing estimates, and respond to RFIs/RFPs with EY’s value proposition.
