Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist in Sydney to advise and architect complex Autodesk solutions for large enterprise customers. You will partner with EAEs, ATLs, and CSMs to map technical outcomes to business value and lead demanding technical engagements.

You will design end-to-end solutions, validate pilots, create reusable assets, and mentor junior specialists, with exposure to AECO, AI, and platform services across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or similar role.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level customers with multi-product solutions.
• Strong ability to architect, validate, and explain sophisticated solutions.
• Proven ability to deliver executive-level technical storytelling to stakeholders.
• Experience leading technical demonstrations, pilots, or PoCs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aligning tech to business outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration across sales, technical, and customer success teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor aligning Autodesk solutions to customer objectives.
• Partner with ATLs to contribute domain expertise to Customer Technical Vision.
• Architect end-to-end technical solutions addressing enterprise workflows.
• Lead high-impact demonstrations and ROI-based solution storytelling.
• Design and execute pilots and PoC, ensuring feasibility and success criteria.
• Architect technical components of enterprise proposals across multiple products.
• Build customized demo assets and reusable enablement content.
• Mentor junior specialists and contribute to team capability development.
• Provide feedback to Product Marketing and Engineering on customer needs.
