Job summary

IAG is seeking a Team Lead, Operations Support to head a business-critical tech services team across Australia and New Zealand in a 24/7 environment. You will ensure production issues are managed effectively and services stay reliable for customers and colleagues.

Based in Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane), you’ll drive service excellence while coordinating with stakeholders and external partners during a technology transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology operations, production support or application support teams.
• Strong people leadership with coaching, development and engagement.
• Ability to manage incidents and priorities in a 24/7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a technology operations team through coaching and career growth.
• Oversee 24/7 operational support including monitoring, triage, incidents and service restoration.
• Coordinate production support, releases and service requests across multiple environments.
• Use service data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with engineering, testing, delivery and business teams to resolve issues.
