Job summary

IAG is seeking a Team Lead, Operations Support to head a 24/7 technology operations team spanning Australia and New Zealand. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, the role focuses on keeping critical services reliable and responsive while guiding a high-performing team through a period of technology transformation.

You'll unite people, processes and priorities, partner with engineering, delivery and external partners, and provide clear reporting on service health and risks to enable informed

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology operations or production support.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and engagement.
• Able to manage incidents and 24/7 support demands.
• Using service insights to drive improvements.
• Vendor management and influencing outcomes.
• Able to navigate change and ambiguity.
• Experience with large-scale platform modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technology professionals.
• Oversee 24/7 operational support and incident management.
• Coordinate production support and release activities.
• Use service data to identify trends and drive improvements.
