Job summary

St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a technology leader to transition the Medicare Mental Health Check-In platform from project delivery into sustainable operations. You will design the operating model, build and lead a four‑to‑six person team, and oversee reliability, vendor performance and security compliance.

Working with Azure, Dynamics 365, and integrated services, you will partner with clinical and operational teams to meet government requirements and deliver future improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross‑functional technology teams in complex environments.
• Experience moving complex digital services from delivery to operations (BAU).
• Strong governance, risk and security compliance capabilities.
• Track record in vendor, contract and SLA management.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Azure cloud platforms and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from project delivery into ongoing operations and BAU.
• Design operating model and knowledge transfer, ensuring continuity.
• Build and lead a technology team of four to six people.
• Oversee service reliability, vendor performance and security.
• Manage external technology partners and service levels.
• Ensure government security compliance and disaster recovery readiness.
• Improve service management processes for incidents, changes and config.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver improvements.
