Job summary

St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba – Melbourne VIC is seeking a Technology Manager to lead the transition from project delivery into sustainable operations for Australia’s Medicare Mental Health Check-In initiative. You will build and lead a technology team, ensuring security, reliability and ongoing platform improvements in a hybrid, multi-city environment.

You will collaborate with internal technology specialists and external partners, manage vendors and drive governance, risk, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Experience in healthcare technology, Microsoft Dynamics 365, data platforms or relevant professional certifications highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition from project delivery to steady-state operations, including operating model design and continuity planning.
• Shape, recruit and lead a technology team with cloud engineering, development and operations expertise.
• Oversee reliability, availability, performance and incident management of cloud infrastructure and services.
• Manage external technology partners, including SLAs, contracts and issue resolution.
• Lead government security compliance and assurance activities including essential Eight and disaster recovery.
• Establish service management processes for incidents, problems and changes.
