• Extensive experience in technology management leading cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record transitioning projects into business-as-usual operations.
• Strong practical experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms and Dynamics 365.
• Experience overseeing security compliance and government security requirements.
• Vendor, contract and SLAs management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition from project delivery to ongoing operations, including operating model design and knowledge transfer.
• Build and lead a technology team of ~4–6 people with cloud, dev, analytics capabilities.
• Ensure service reliability, security and incident management for cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Manage external technology partners, SLAs, contracts, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with Australian government security standards and disaster recovery planning.
