Gilbert + Tobin in Sydney is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive/Manager to drive growth for the Tech & IP practice. You will partner with partners and lawyers to develop client strategies, deliver tailored pitches, and lead targeted campaigns that raise the firm’s market profile.

In a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you’ll monitor market trends and coordinate events while leveraging technology and AI to enhance efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment.
• Ability to develop tailored client strategies and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Tech & IP business development strategy with partners and lawyers to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen client relationships and pursue prospective clients.
• Coordinate and deliver pitches, proposals, tenders and client presentations with a tailored approach.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and client insights to inform priorities.
• Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns, thought leadership, events and industry engagement.
• Leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency across BD processes.
