Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive/Manager to join the Tech & IP team in Sydney. This role partners with lawyers and leaders to drive growth, elevate market profile and strengthen client relationships across the technology sector.

You will shape and deliver BD initiatives, from strategic client pursuits to thought leadership, campaigns and events. A collaborative, fast-paced environment offers scale and impact in a leading law firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in business development or marketing.
• Experience supporting business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
• Strong commercial awareness, research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication for proposals and client materials.

Responsabilités

• Support the development and delivery of the Tech & IP business development strategy.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate and deliver pitches, proposals, tenders and client presentations.
• Monitor market trends and client insights to inform priorities and decisions.
• Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.
• Work with marketing teams to leverage technology and AI for efficiency.
