Job summary

Levyl is assisting a global trading firm in finding a Campus Recruiter to drive technology graduate and intern hiring across Australia and New Zealand. You will shape recruitment strategy, build strong university pipelines, and partner with tech leaders to forecast talent needs.

In this fast-paced role you’ll own end-to-end campaigns, collaborate with campus events and marketing teams, and share insights with global colleagues to raise employer presence in technology talent markets.

Qualifications

• Experienced recruiter with a strong background in technology recruitment.
• Campus or graduate recruitment experience is highly regarded.
• Open to experienced-hire technology recruitment background transitioning to campus environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across technology graduate and intern hiring.
• Develop and deliver technology recruitment strategies across Australia and New Zealand.
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines across relevant technology disciplines.
• Develop relationships with universities, faculties, student groups and other talent communities.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, assessment approaches and candidate engagement.
• Collaborate with recruitment colleagues globally to share ideas and best practice.
