Job summary

Amazon Australia is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter for the University Talent Acquisition team in Sydney, supporting early career talent across Australia and New Zealand.

You will act as ambassador on campuses, partner with internal teams, and manage end-to-end campus recruitment from sourcing to interviews.

This role demands strong relationship building, data-driven decision making, and the ability to coordinate events and programs with university partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably campus/graduate hiring.
• Ability to execute campus recruiting plans and manage the interview process.
• Experience driving end-to-end programs and improving processes.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and branding activities at assigned schools to attract top early career talent.
• Develop relationships with placement officers, department heads, faculty, alumni, and student organizations.
• Plan and attend on-university events including info sessions, tech talks, career fairs, and interviews.
• Manage university teams and ensure clear roles and unified recruiting approach.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone screens, and participate in panel interviews.
• Assess universities' performance and use data to inform decisions.
• Be the first point of contact for candidates through the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment assignments in Asia Pacific locations as needed.
