Job summary

Amazon University Talent Acquisition seeks a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to lead campus recruitment for early career talent across Australia and New Zealand. You will drive university branding, partnerships, and events, while managing end-to-end recruitment and stakeholder relationships with school ambassadors and faculty.

You will guide university teams, schedule events, conduct screens and interviews, and collaborate with internal groups to maximize hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years recruitment experience, preferably Campus/Graduate hiring.
• Ability to execute campus recruiting plans, programme promotion, candidate management and interview process management.
• Experience driving end-to-end programs and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational plans and branding activities at assigned schools to attract top early career talent.
• Build relationships with placement officers, departments, alumni and student organizations.
• Attend and run on-university events (Info Sessions, tech talks, career fairs, interviews).
• Coordinate university teams for clear roles and unified recruiting approaches.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone screens, and participate in panel interviews.
• Assess university performance with data to guide long-term decisions per school.
• Be first point of contact for candidates through the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment assignments in Asia Pacific locations as needed.
