The Campus Recruiter role combines hands-on talent acquisition with strategy, stakeholder partnership and project ownership, working closely with technology leaders and TA teams to anticipate talent needs and build strong pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technology recruitment strategies across Australia and New Zealand
• Partner with technology leaders to understand current and future talent requirements
• Own end-to-end recruitment for technology graduate and intern hiring
• Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines across relevant technology disciplines
• Develop relationships with universities, faculties, student groups and other talent communities
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, assessment approaches and candidate engagement
• Use market insights and data to inform sourcing strategies and talent decisions
• Collaborate with Campus Events and Marketing to strengthen employer presence across markets
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives
• Collaborate with recruitment colleagues globally to share ideas and best practice
