IMC Trading is seeking a Tech-focused Campus Recruiter to shape our technology graduate and intern recruitment strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll build fluency in software engineering, machine learning and AI, partnering with technology leadership to stay ahead of the skills we’re hiring for next, and keep our competitive edge in a fast-moving trading industry.

Qualifications

5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech or financial services environment.
Experience building scalable recruitment processes or strategies.
Experience recruiting for technology roles with a focus on software engineering, ML, and AI.

Responsibilities

Partner with Campus Events Lead and Marketing to shape technology campus recruitment across Australia & New Zealand.
Build trusted relationships with technology leadership to forecast skills and workforce needs.
Own end-to-end recruitment for technology graduate and intern positions from engagement to offer.
Develop relationships with engineering and computer science faculties and student societies.
Use data to sharpen targeting, assessment, and conversion of talent; test new channels.
Collaborate globally with recruitment teams in Amsterdam and Chicago to share best practices.
