Job summary

Appreciating Talent in Sydney is seeking a technology early careers recruiter to own graduate and internship hiring across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with senior technology leaders to shape hiring in Software Engineering, Machine Learning and AI.

This role goes beyond events; with dedicated support, you’ll build strategies, improve talent attraction and assessment, and deliver end-to-end recruitment while collaborating with global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, with technology focus.
• Experience building or improving recruitment processes or strategies.
• Comfort partnering with senior stakeholders and operating in a high-bar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology graduates and interns.
• Partner with technology leaders on hiring needs and future talent requirements.
• Shape and continuously improve attraction, assessment and selection strategies.
• Build relationships with engineering and computer science faculties and student communities.
• Use recruitment data to improve targeting, conversion and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with recruitment colleagues locally and globally on broader projects.
