Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Tech Bar Support Officer to join a major national IT team in Sydney. You will support a 3,000+ user enterprise environment and gain exposure to enterprise technologies in a dynamic, people-focused role.

This 12-month contract offers strong extension potential, an immediate start, and the chance to work across Windows/Mac, JAMF, AV, and diverse stakeholder groups in Sydney CBD.

Qualifications

• Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support experience
• Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills
• JAMF and AV experience, highly regarded
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Provide Level 1/2 desktop support to 3,000+ users
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac systems
• Support JAMF-managed devices and AV equipment
