Job summary

Max Brenner is hiring for a Part Time Team Member at our Craigieburn store. You will help run daily store operations, serve guests with a smile, and prepare a range of beverages and desserts.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, can work evenings and weekends, and thrive in a fast-paced team setting. The role offers onboarding and ongoing training, including barista training, with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and a friendly workplace.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily operations of the store.

• Prepare and serve dessert items such as Tutti Frutti Waffles and Chocolate Fondue.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented store and complete in-house training.

We are seeking people with experience in a hospitality role, who are available to work across our busy new year period.

A day in the life at Max Brenner:

• Execute the daily operations of the store
• Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience
• Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and decadent milkshakes
• Prepare and serve dessert menu items including but not limited to our famous Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue and decadent Pizzas
• Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
• Maintain a clean and well-presented store

Please note that the hourly rate of pay for this role will be dictated by the Restaurant Industry Award.
