Job summary

Koko Black Group is recruiting Christmas Max Term Team Members for our Highpoint store in Melbourne. You will deliver warm service, help customers find perfect chocolates and festive gifts, and support stock and store presentation during the peak trading period.

We value energetic, chocolate-loving people with excellent customer service, a can-do attitude and flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends and public holidays from 9 November 2026 to 3 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Love working with customers and creating memorable experiences.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environment is helpful.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and share it with customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, genuine and memorable customer experiences.
• Learn about our chocolates, gifts and festive range to help customers find the perfect item.
• Assist with replenishment and stock management to keep the store looking its best.
• Support day-to-day store operations during peak trading periods.

About the Role

As a Christmas Max Term Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our Highpoint store during our busiest time of year.

You'll bring energy, enthusiasm and exceptional service to every shift while helping our customers find the perfect chocolates, gifts and festive treats.

You'll:

• Deliver warm, genuine and memorable customer experiences
• Learn about our products and confidently help customers find the perfect gift
• Support beautiful product presentation and keep the store looking its best
• Assist with replenishment, stock and day-to-day store operations
• Work collaboratively with your team during busy trading periods
• Bring energy, pace and positivity to every shift

About You

We're looking for people who:

• Love working with customers and creating memorable experiences
• Are confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Are quick learners and excited to build their product knowledge
• Are friendly, reliable and great team players
• Can bring flexibility and energy during our busiest trading period
• Have previous retail, hospitality/barista or customer service experience – highly regarded, but not essential
• And of course... enjoy chocolate! 🍫

Christmas Availability

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have full availability from 9 November 2026 through to 3 January 2027.

This includes availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and key peak trading periods throughout Christmas and New Year.

As this is our busiest time of year, we're looking for team members who can commit to the full Max Term period and be flexible with their availability throughout the season.
