Louis Vuitton seeks a Team Manager for Sydney International Airport to lead a luxury retail team in a dynamic travel retail environment. You will drive commercial performance, coach a diverse team, and deliver exceptional client experiences to an international clientele.
The role demands leadership that motivates staff, manages high-value client relationships, and continuously uplifts operational standards in a fast-paced setting.
For over 170 years, Louis Vuitton has defined luxury — not merely as product, butas a world. A world where visionary craftsmanship meets global ambition, where heritage informs every decision and excellence is not a goal but a baseline. Within the LVMH Group, we operate across 60 countries, led by extraordinary people who understand that to represent this Maison is to uphold something rare.
If you have spent years building high-performing teams, driving revenue, and doing the hard work of making a business better every single day — you already know what we are looking for. The question is whether you are ready for what we are offering.
Louis Vuitton is seeking an exceptional Team Manager to join our team at Sydney International Airport, one of the most dynamic and distinctive retail environments in our Australian network.
There is something unique about luxury in an airport. Clients arrive excited, optimistic and often at the beginning of a milestone journey, whether it is a long-awaited holiday, honeymoon, celebration or return home. As a leader, you have the opportunity to make Louis Vuitton part of that story.
Where better to begin, or elevate, your career with Louis Vuitton than in travel retail, where movement, discovery and an international clientele come together every day? Sydney International Airport offers an extraordinary environment to experience the true DNA of Louis Vuitton: heritage, travel, exceptional service and human connection.
We are looking for a leader equally at home coaching a newly onboarded Client Advisor as they are challenging a Senior Client Advisor managing a client book exceeding $5 million annually. This is a role for someone who has already done the work. Who understands that leadership in retail is not a title, but a daily commitment to your people, your clients and your numbers.
Louis Vuitton is the masterclass of retail, a business of extraordinary complexity and scale that demands leaders who have already earned their credibility. Our Team Managers operate in an environment where commercial intensity, client sophistication and pace of change far exceed most luxury environments. At Sydney International Airport, that is amplified by the energy and unpredictability of travel retail, with clients from around the world, different cultures and different reasons for walking through our doors every day.
It takes resilience, instinct and the kind of composure that only comes from having led through real pressure, not merely observed it.
If that excites rather than daunts you, read on.
You are a commercially driven leader with a genuine love of retail, out the front, reading the floor and modelling the standard. You bring both the warmth to develop people and the rigour to hold them, and yourself, accountable.
In this role, you will:
You are a mature, seasoned leader — not someone still developing your leadership philosophy, but someone who has lived it. You bring approximately five years of leadership experience at Store or Department Manager level within a premium or luxury brand, or equivalent scope at Area Manager level. You are across your numbers and can speak fluently to how you build a business, retain a client, and grow a person — because you have done all three, repeatedly, under pressure.
You will thrive here if you:
This role will not be the place where you find your footing as a leader. Louis Vuitton rewards those who arrive ready — with the experience, the instincts, and the commercial fluency to make an impact from day one.
A World of Possibility
Louis Vuitton develops leaders from within — across markets, Maisons, and disciplines. Team Manager is not a ceiling. It is a platform. For the right person, this role marks the beginning of a career trajectory that moves fast and moves wide, within an innovative Maison that is actively reimagining how luxury retail operates.
