Louis Vuitton Melbourne is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to bridge the gap between Client Advisors and Management, setting the standard for an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead on the selling floor, mentor teammates, and drive high-value client engagement across Collins Street, Chadstone, and Crown, while delivering personalised service and leveraging CRM insights to exceed KPIs.

As a Senior Client Advisor, you are an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton legacy. You will take a supervisory lead on the selling floor, partner closely with the Store Management team, and set the standard for what an exceptional Louis Vuitton experience looks like.

Opportunities are currently available across our key Melbourne locations: Collins Street, Chadstone, and Crown.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised client experiences and drive brand storytelling.
• Cultivate a high-value client book through proactive digital and in-store outreach.
• Uphold boutique service standards and support daily floor operations.
• Mentor and support team members with onboarding, briefings, and peer guidance.
• Meet individual KPIs, leverage CRM insights, and share deep product knowledge.
• Handle after-sales enquiries and assist with boutique opening and closing.
• Work flexibly across trading hours, including weekends and late nights.

About You

• 3–5 years of premium retail, hospitality, or customer-centric experience, with a proven background in a supervisory or leadership capacity (fashion, cosmetics, or high-end service environments welcome).
• A strong track record of exceeding KPIs and leveraging CRM insights.
• Passionate about coaching, inspiring peers, and supporting team development.
• Engaging, empathetic, and skilled at building long-term client relationships.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to daily boutique operations.
• Deeply enthusiastic about fashion, heritage, and the world of Louis Vuitton.
• Multilingual abilities are highly regarded.
