Job summary

• 4+ years' experience in Facilities Management or a similar service-based industry.
• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing teams.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and service management systems such as TSM or similar.
