Job summary

Modus Projects is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own a diverse client portfolio, build long-term partnerships and influence outcomes for Australia's leading organisations.

You will partner with our Operations team to oversee facility maintenance programs, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement, delivering exceptional client service and measurable value. This role offers autonomy, variety, and a clear path to grow within a growing national business.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Facilities Management or a similar service-based industry.
• Proven experience managing client portfolios, contracts, budgets and service delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret operational and financial data to support informed decision-making.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, along with facilities management systems.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence positive outcomes through strong partnerships and effective communication.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong commercial outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Working closely with our Operations team, you'll oversee facility maintenance programs, monitor performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and help deliver outstanding results for both our clients and Modus Projects.
