Qualifications

• Experience in managing a diverse skills team.
• Proficient in PC applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent time management ability.
• Very good office management skills and approach.

Responsabilités

• Allocate and prioritise work to ensure legislative requirements are met.
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff.
• Monitor and discuss training progress and development outcomes.
• Conduct inductions for new employees.
• Manage and maintain databases and records.
• Undertake performance discussions and reviews.
• Conduct audits to ensure legislative requirements are met.
• Provide hands-on supervision of staff.
• Support and assist team members in day-to-day operations.
• Effectively manage customer complaints and resolve conflicts in line with Victoria Police values.
• Provide wellbeing support and guidance to staff.
• Develop, implement and improve workplace processes and procedures.
• Manage general internal and external customer enquiries.
• Handle complex files requiring detailed attention.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Process and manage invoices.
• Provide sound advice and advocate to senior management and staff on a range of issues.
