Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise and undertake administration and personnel functions for the Unit.
• Mentor and coordinate training activities while motivating team members.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Direct and manage the flow of active files to ensure timely processing and outcomes.
• Perform administrative, auditing, financial and purchasing tasks, including briefs to Senior Management.
