Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a team including HR processes.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, respond to new events and escalate issues.
• Experience in the criminal justice environment or ability to rapidly acquire related knowledge.
• Ability to manage governance and oversight systems and quality assurance.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with peers and stakeholders.
• Ability to promote a learning environment and staff development.
