Job summary

Randstad is hiring a Team Leader for Property Assessing & Repair in Lidcombe, Sydney NSW. You will manage a small team of desktop assessors, coaching them to deliver accurate scoping, cost control, and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 2+ years in home assessing or related fields, strong leadership, and excellent communication to resolve escalations and manage trade partner relationships. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Home Assessing, Building Construction, Residential Estimating, or Property Restoration.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring teams.
• Strong practical understanding of trade repair processes and residential scopes.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills to manage escalations and trade partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of desktop property assessors to maintain high service standards.

About the Role

Are you a technical construction leader or seasoned property supervisor who knows how to coach others? We are seeking a Team Leader to manage a close-knit team (approx. 5-8 direct reports) of Desktop Assessors. You will lead day-to-day team performance, drive scope accuracy and cost control, manage complex escalations, and upskill frontline staff.

What We're Looking For
