• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or mentoring teams.
• Strong practical understanding of trade repair processes and residential scopes.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills to manage escalations and trade partner relationships.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of desktop property assessors to maintain high service standards.
• Upskill team members on residential scoping accuracy, cost validation, and repair methodologies.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex property claims and builder scope disputes.
• Monitor team productivity, KPIs, and claims performance metrics.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable office culture.
