ADSSI Limited is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Support Workers to lead a large in-home support team based in Tuggerah. You will oversee approximately 80 community-based Support Workers, with an Assistant Team Leader structure, focusing on building an engaged, capable and accountable workforce delivering safe, high-standard services.

Successful applicants will bring proven leadership, experience in aged care or disability services, and a Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and managing teams, with performance management.
• Experience in aged care, disability or community services with person-centred care.
• Diploma qualification in aged care, disability, health or related field.
• Strong communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of workforce compliance, quality and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Worker Screening is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor Support Workers and maintain a positive team culture.
• Manage staff performance, conduct performance conversations.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and ongoing workforce development.
• Monitor workforce capacity, availability and compliance requirements.
• Provide leadership in managing incidents, complaints and operational escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support service quality and positive client outcomes.
